The Flame Came!
Wow! What a 2 days that was with the Olympic Torch in Essex! We were there, following it on its journey through the county, and so were you in your thousands. Well done to all the people who took part and helped organise some fantastic events to make it an extra special day. Thanks to everyone who sent in pictures to us as well. You can see them below.

We'll have reporters out at key locations - including the massive evening celebration at Hylands Park in Chelmsford before the Torch leaves early on Saturday 7th of July.
The famous flame gets into Colchester from Ipswich just before 7-30am and will be in Heybridge just over an hour later - from where it moves to Maldon.
It then goes to Rayleigh and then Southend for the massive lunchtime celebration before going on to the mountain biking venue at Hadleigh.
It arrives in Chelmsford for the Evening Celebration and Sparks Will Fly finale at Hylands around 6-30 tomorrow evening.
We'll bring you live reports on its progress around the county as well as keeping you up to date with road closures in our travel bulletins.

We'll also be hearing from some of the Torchbearers too.
You can also take part and keep up to date through our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter.
We'd love your stories and pictures too so get involved!
On Wake Up Essex, Dom, Nat & Nick spoke to some of the pupils and teachers from Fitzwimarc school in Rayleigh who've been selected to carry the Torch. They drew the short straw.....but they're still smiling even though they're doing the stretch up Crown Hill!
Residents are being encouraged to turn out to see it pass through 17 local communities on its way to Stratford.
