Southend United have slipped into the League One relegation zone after suffering a 3-0 defeat at Hartlepool United. Blues, who had Alan McCormack sent off for a second Yellow card in the closing stages, have not had a win in 10 games. And it was their former on loan striker Roy O'Donovan who did the damage, scoring a hatrick at Victoria Park.
